Our story

Aldivada Cosy Homes is a peaceful homestay in Awelo, Siaya County. Here, you get a chance to stay in one of four two-bedroom bungalows, each crowned with the name of a Luo bird, graceful and meaningful to the culture: Akuru, Aluru, Osogo and Awendo. The idea for Aldivada was inspired by a lifetime of travel across Kenya and experiencing different cultures in so many counties. It is a personal interpretation of what makes a place feel cosy, welcoming, relaxing and at ease.

Aldivada is a place where you can settle, exhale and enjoy a blend of modern comfort and the quiet of the countryside, while experiencing Siaya and its rich surroundings, including the shores of Lake Victoria.
